Recipe:
- Build in Boston shaker
- 2 oz. quality bourbon
- 0.75 oz. lemon juice
- 0.75 oz simple syrup (50/50)
- 3 dashs orange bitters
- 1 egg white
- Dry shake for 30 seconds to fully emulsify egg white
- Add ice to shaker and shake an additional 15 seconds to fully chill
- Strain and serve in chilled coup glass
- Garnish with lemon wheel and Luxardo cherry
